Trevor-Allen starts out in a marriage to Mary Mackey. Things took a turn after Mary started drinking and became controlling, making Trevor-Allen's life a living hell. Needless to say, the marriage didn't last.

Shortly after Trevor-Allen ​got settled, he started work, as a Music/Youth Director, at a Youth Center, designed to better the lives of disadvantaged children, youth and teens. Some of these young people battle with heavy issues, with very erious challenges.

At the youth center, there are several children, who face major challenges in their lives. Most are given a chance at happiness on some level. One 15 year-old young man has a brain tumor and he is given a chance to live one of his fantasies, singing his favorite song on stage before an audience.

There are other young men, one who gets tied up in a gang, but is turned around after he survives being shot by his gang. Shortly after, he dated Sadie. She turned out to be insanely jealous. Then she got involved with drugs and alcohol, that fueled many more problems. Needless to say, that relationship did not last. He later found out Sadie was pregnant with his child. She gave up their child and all parental rights. Trevor-Allen's life changed when he decided to raise his daughter alone.

Mrs. Betty Clark was a 78 year-old widow, who most people considered her an angel, kept up the legacy of her late husband Frank Clark, feeding the hungry. She takes interests in the Youth Center. She took interest in the neighborhood The youth center later teamed up with the Golden Street Baptist Church, to build a strong youth department.
